Welcome to Levely! This Privacy Policy explains how I, Vincent ("I", "me", "my"), collect, use, and share information when you use my Discord bot, Levely (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information I Collect

a. User Data

  • User ID: I collect your unique Discord user ID to manage and display your level and experience points ("XP"). Using this User ID, the bot can get information about a user from the Discord API (e.g. usernames).

  • Voice Channel Join Times: Voice Channel Join Times are being tracked and temporarily saved for adding XP based on how long a user has been connected to a Voice Channel.

b. Server Data

  • Server ID: I collect the server ID where the Bot is added to provide server-specific functionalities.

  • Role ID: I collect role IDs to manage level-related roles within the server.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Assign and display level data (level and "XP") to users.

  • Show usernames on leaderboards and rank cards.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

I do not share your personal information with third parties.

5. Data Security

The non-sensitive data I collect is securely stored in a database. I take reasonable measures to protect the information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

I retain your information for as long as Levely exists. You can request the deletion of your data by contacting me at levely.development@gmail.com. Or use the following Discord slash commands:

  • /delete-data-guild <guild_id> for deleting your data in a specific server

  • /delete-all-data for deleting your data in every single server

7. Children's Privacy

My Bot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old (or older, depending on the country). More information can be found at Discord's Age Restriction.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
